These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sidekix platform, including our mobile app, website, private groups, challenges, partner experiences, notifications, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

All content provided by Sidekix, including text, graphics, logos, designs, challenges, and partner materials, is owned by Sidekix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit this content without written permission.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting or submitting content, you grant Sidekix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
6. Disclaimers
Sidekix promotes social engagement and in-person experiences. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice. Participation in activities is voluntary and at your own discretion. Use reasonable judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidekix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, including participation in challenges or partner activities.
8. Termination
Sidekix may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses risk to the community or platform.

10. 10DLC Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to Sidekix messaging, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to Sidekix services, including account notifications, support messages, and program updates.

- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- You can get help by replying HELP or contacting sidekix.team@gmail.com.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
