You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting or submitting content, you grant Sidekix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
Sidekix promotes social engagement and in-person experiences. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice. Participation in activities is voluntary and at your own discretion. Use reasonable judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidekix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, including participation in challenges or partner activities.
Sidekix may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses risk to the community or platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
